1. Information Collection
We collect information necessary to fulfill parcel delivery, generate shipping labels, and disburse COD payments, including merchant business KYC, bank details, and customer delivery addresses and phone numbers.
2. Data Security & Carrier Transmission
Customer address and shipment data are encrypted in transit and at rest. Consignment information is securely transferred only to the assigned logistics carriers (Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Ekart, etc.) strictly for logistics execution.
3. Non-Disclosure & Privacy Rights
We do not sell, rent, or trade merchant or end-consumer data to third-party advertisers. All transaction data is retained strictly in accordance with Indian financial and taxation compliance mandates.
