1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or utilizing the shipping aggregator services provided by IndiShipping Logistics Technologies Private Limited (“IndiShipping”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our standard operating procedures.
2. Merchant Obligations & Packaging Standards
Merchants are responsible for accurate parcel declarations (dead weight, volumetric dimensions, product classification), proper tamper-evident packaging, and compliant invoicing according to GST regulations.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Remittance & Fees
All COD collections from carrier delivery runs are reconciled automatically and remitted to your verified bank account based on the agreed remittance schedule (T+1, T+2, or T+3) minus applicable freight and handling fees.
4. Transit Insurance & Claims
Lost, damaged, or pilfered shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery status update. Reimbursements will follow carrier investigation and transit insurance guidelines.
